Thank you for your interest in licensing RAIDER.

The RAIDER software package is made available by the Department of Navy, represented by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. Parties interested in licensing RAIDER through this portal must meet the following requirements:

  • Applicants must be a US company or cleared under a Special Security Agreement
  • Applicants must possess a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Applicants must demonstrate planned commercial use (not use only in performance of a government contract)
